The one thing that makes no sense or does make sense if you look at it from the perspective that Priestap has flipped; is the clear fact that everybody around him has been demoted, fired or resigned and he’s still around. Plus the other wrinkle is that nothing good or even bad has been revealed about him from any leaks like he doesn’t even exist.....zilch nada

Sounds hopeful, but “it ain’t over ‘till it’s OVER”.... no one should get too confident or complacent yet. There are many ways the Deep State, Clintonistas, and Obamatons can and will try to fight back.
I hope that Priestap will indeed prove to be a “white hat”.... I too had wondered often why his name seemed almost invisible in all of this, given that he was Strzok’s direct superior. BUT it is too soon to make any grand assumptions.
For one thing, where is the DOJ or prosecutorial authority that could be “running” Priestap as some kind of white hat witness???? WHO could grant him immunity? Rosenstein or Mueller??? Sessions is recused. I am far from confident yet that Rosenstein or Mueller will come through. We shall see.
priestep is a rich, connected sob. IMHO, ain’t NO way he’s taking a fall. And flipping is taking a fall. I think his goldman sucks father-in-law will try to buy his daughters sob husband out of trouble.
It is possible that Bill Priestap told Comey not to inform Congress.
It is also possible that he flipped. Both can be true.
However, I can’t imagine he knew Comey was going to throw him
under the bus. Not wanting to be Comey’s fall guy would certainly
be an incentive to flip.
And the fact we hear so little about him speaks volumes.
I was skeptical but after watching the Congressman (not a great poker player) when she asks about Priestap and reading Sundance’s analysis, I think he is dead right.
If the Director of Counterintelligence - the man between Strzok and Comey - is working with Session’s White Hat team, then it is indeed game over. The fish has swallowed the hook, dead meat on the line - just a matter of when the reeling-in will begin.
