I knew a bunch of inner city kids back in the day. They all packed heat illegally. One dude’s gun fell out of his pocket in gym class.

It is that easy. He was a “prohibited person” by law because of his drug abuse. The local police knew it and had arrested him for it.

There are jurisdictions where police are refusing to investigate known dealers who are obviously carrying weapons (reports from coworkers, grips sticking way out of the sides of their shirts, etc.).
