Lucky you! It hasn’t been warm enough here to open a door or open any windows wide. Just a couple cracked to let a little fresh air in. Thursday might be warm enough though.
We’re just happy there aren’t any cold days in the near future. A couple of chilly days but the rest will be comfy.
There are daffodils and other flowers planted willy-nilly all over the place. Hubby’s aunt would stick stuff anywhere she saw an empty spot with no rhyme or reason. Several varieties of daffodils and they all bloom at different times. It’s really pretty once they get started and I look forward to seeing splashes of color again. It’s very drab here right now.
Do you have a little stool or something along that line? You should be as low as you can get so you aren’t intimidating. Helps a lot.
And it’s actually been easier to tame them when it’s cold. They feel your body heat once they’re brave enough to get that close and they like it. Once they’d let me scratch their backs, I could slowly scoot them around while they ate so their body was against my leg. After that, they were quickly turned into mush buckets. LOL! They enjoyed the “cuddle”.

You’re gonna be draggin’ when that alarm goes off at 3:30. LOL
Headed home now.
The drive to work was not too bad. But the weather guys said it was above freezing during the day, but early freezing. They said there are accidents all over town.
I am going home slowly....rush hour traffic is all gone, so I have a better chance of getting home without issues. Lots more homework.

Awww...I should be so lucky! I do have a little stool! I need to clean it up, though. It’s been sitting below where the stupid grackles nest and you can imagine the mess they make on everything. LOL!

H!!Overnight and early mornings are quite chilly. My daughter stays here during the week as she lives 1 1/2 hrs from her job and I’m less than 1/2 hr. She’s had icy windows but her car won’t fit in the garage so it’s either cover it or deal! lol

Hope you got home without too much trouble. The temp reading at the site was 33 when I checked it earlier so it was borderline then. At least leaving late gives the majority of the crazies out of the way before you leave. :-)
Bummer about the homework. But it’s par for the course on pay week. :-(
