But for some individuals they may have serious side effects and such individuals need to be closely monitored.
The first rule of medicine is do no harm. Its high time it was followed.

Based on my experience mentally unstable people are notorious for not taking their prescribed medications.

It is not just psychotropic drugs though they seem to be everywhere with these mad murderers.
How about the gub mint psychs? Are they not doing their jobs? Are they not allowed to report on their crazies? Are they planting the notion to kill in these crazies so as to help implement gun control?
