Gun Control Russian style:
1. Remobilize Cossacks.
2. Find out gunman’s home town.
3. Have said Cossacks ride on horseback through town with sabers swinging, killing everyone and their grandmother, raping women, not necessarily in that order.
4. Burn town to ground, gunning down survivors as they flee.
5. Confiscate all valuables, including guns, for Cossacks’ personal use.
6. Deny knowledge of incident, promise to investigate.
7. Don’t investigate.
Since Putin is now the protector of the Orthodox Church, he may as well assume other Czarist trappings. That’s common sense to any Czar worth his salt. Ivan Grozhny would do the same.
