The problem starts very much closer to home. Trump is the official the FARTHEST away from the problem. Closer? Rubio, Scott, the School Supt, the School Principal, The PTA, The teachers, the students, the HOME of the students. Don’t blame Trump, pointing at him exposes YOU as the problem.

I put a good deal of this on the local sheriff department.

39 visits to his home for problems.

Expulsions from school.

Too many red flags too miss.

Right, there is nothing the president can do about this. If not, then liberals should demand answers as to why Obama did nothing to stop violence for eight solid years. Not holding my breath.

Sue Broward County School Board ....

Cruz was never busted at school due to the new 2013 NAACP collaborative discipline policy. It’s a free-for all- sanctuary policy for juvenile delinquents:

http://www.ncjfcj.org/sites/default/files/Broward%20Co%20Collaborative%20Agreement%20on%20School%20Discipline%20-%20MOU.pdf

That’s a link to the Broward County’s School Discipline ‘Agreement” and it’s signed by the Sheriff, State Atty and local judges. (Keeps minority youth out of the school pipeline to prison,)

On page 29 it outlines how various behaviors will NOT result in suspension or expulsion. Instead they receive warnings, scoldings and possible detentions.

These infractions include:

All student misbehavior plus
These non-violent infractions:

Disrupting or Interfering with class
Affray - fighting in a public place
Theft if less than $300
Vandalism damages under $1,000
Disorderly conduct
Trespassing
Criminal Mischief
Gambling
Loitering
Prowling
Harrassment
Alcohol -all related offenses
Possession of Cannabis
Drug Paraphernalia
Threats
Obstructing Justice w/out Violence

And there you have it! He acted with impunity. Cruz should have been arrested for bringing and selling knives at school, possessing ammo at school, threats, fights, etc.

In his neighborhood, he should have been arrested for assault, trespassing, destruction of private property, mail theft, voyeurism, curfew, animal abuse, throwing rocks at cars (felony), etc.

There were lots of missed opportunities to reign him in and lock him up.
