How accurate is the aim of a shooter using a bump stop modification ? A friend of mine modified a Ruger 10/22 to full auto and went to prison for it about 40 years ago...

Ban bump-stocks? You can bump fire using a rubber band or your belt loop is shooting from the hip. (Which we all know is very cool, and almost as accurate!) Then they ban AR-10s as well, or will people just switch to .308? Smart, these guys!

Had a friend try to sell me one of those almost 30 years ago, but admitted it jammed a lot, and I wasn’t interested.

Yet every federal agency and local law enforcement have MACHINE GUNS. Why does the EPA possess MP5 sub machine guns and M-16's? What "law enforcement" purpose is served by a full auto firearm? When is law enforcement in need to "spray bullets everywhere" and "kill as many people as possible?"

If there is no legitimate use for full auto weapons outside of military action WHY DO COPS HAVE THEM?
