What does THAT mean? We already have “background checks” if you purchase a firearm from a dealer. I hope he’s not going to propose the end of private sales; none of these shooters were done with “privately” purchased weapons.
And an “emphasis on mental health?” How is that determined? The RATS think that anyone who voted for Trump is crazy.
Trump has more learning to do. He will. He’s smart and I believe he’ll get it sooner than later.
