I support, generally, with some questions.

Is the 21 age limit to buy, with an ability of a younger person to own? I owned my first deer rifle as a 14 year old. Could this still happen (say, as a gift from a parent)?

Re bumpstocks, fine, I never even heard of them until the LV whacko.

The function of bumpstocks can be replicated by simply holding a semi-auto rifle loosely. The reason ATF didn’t ban them before is because there is no basis in law to do so. It will be very difficult to write a law banning them without making semi-auto rifles illegal.

I would like to keep the age at 18 years for gun ownership. The only compromise acceptable to me would be mandatory training for using firearms for under 21. They can still own a rifle or other firearms at age 18 as long as they passed training.
