The bill prohibits the “sale, transfer, production, and importation” of semi-automatic rifles and pistols that can hold a detachable magazine...Seriously???!!!
Can somebody inform me of a semi-auto PISTOL that DOESN'T have a detachable magazine???!!!
How the hell else could you get bullets in it? One at a time in the chamber?
Half my handguns would become illegal!

If in the most extreme emergency, NEVER tell someone you were trying to KILL a perp, or drain their brain of blood, but rather STOP them.

I am rather tired of them making the attempt. I would like to see legislation that criminalizes filing gun control bills, labeling them as acts of war against the US, relegating politicians who file gun control bills as enemy combatants.

Not disagreeing and you’re correct.
However, cops can do this and get away with it, we need to fear for our life. It’s a lot easier for some liberal police chief or mayor to jail us, or a DA to press charges, and/or the perp’s family to sue one of us vice the police.
George Zimmerman should have NEVER have been charged, but the tainted politics of so-called civil rights got in the way. The local cops there said it was a good shot, and Zimmerman was clearly defending his own life. Didn’t Obama say the perp looked like his son? Then he FORCED prosecution.
