I hate to tell you this but I am not getting a break on the tax bill because my husband and I make too much. It’s a shit bill that is still as convoluted as ever and requires us to use expensive cpa’s because of the overload of paperwork.

Hmmm, I make a pretty good living and I'm saving 2%. Maybe you are loosing loop holes that most of us were not able to access. I doubt the bill was targeting you personal, more likely it targeted the majority of tax payers. I think as a rule, most tax payers benefited from it. Maybe you would have been better off with the dem plan, but it just didn't work out that way.
