I’m sure that there are a lot of foreign enemies of the US that are disappointed that the federal government hasn’t completely disarmed the American people. It would suit them just fine if there weren’t a rifle behind every blade of grass.

The Ayatollah knows best, look how it worked out in Iran. Violent crimes are contained to the prisons now. The only problem is, the criminals are running them. The people have no real voice anymore. There is no 2nd Amendment in Iran, besides they don’t believe in NON capital punishment. They enforce their laws with deadly publicly displayed punishments. We worry about needle infection of those who are on death row? The Ayatollahs don’t give a crap about that, they’ll publicly butcher a condemned prisoner(Criminal or political). If the Iranians had access to guns, those who control them would be gone.
As long as there are people like you and many of your countrymen in this world, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, we are going to fight to keep our weapons in our possession until they resort to prying our fingers from them.
And I have news for you: Prying them isn’t going to work either.
We may do this for no other reason than to keep some portion of us familiarized with them so we can use them against people like you and some of your countrymen as needed.
