Colt, based in Connecticut since the 1800s, employs roughly 900 people in the state. Two other major gun companies, Sturm, Ruger & Company and Mossberg & Sons, are also based in the state. In all, the industry employs about 2,000 people in Connecticut. OMG! Colt! And they are famous for a special type of a rifle besides their 1911s and Peacemakers. Lots of families in CT. rely on the manufacture of weapons. (Other weapons of a larger scale are also manufactured in CT.)I need to win the powerball lottery when it gets to a billion, and Id buy these companies and move them to the south. In the next Civil War, all the manpower and arms industry will be in the South and we'll have the upper hand unlike last time.
