Let’s see rape:
1. Forced/Violent Rape - what we normally consider rape.
2. Statutory Rape - consensual sex with a minor.
3. Coercive Rape - sex with someone whose ability to work is threatened.
Sounds like a case of coercive rape to me.
Coercive Rape could also be extortional rape.
