These “diversity” inclusion clauses sounds like cha ching to labor law attorneys.

Let’s see the bunch still in Hollywood do that. They’re always talking about helping the downtrodden. Here would be their opportunity.
They’ll hire enough gay/black/female “art directors” to meet the rider’s requirements. It may be an additional few $100k to meet the demands of a $10 million diva. And everyone on set will be able to have an “art director” got get coffee and donuts whenever they demand.
Basically, they’ll replace interns with “art directors” and brag about how “woke” the production is. I’m sure McDormand will be absolutely thrilled and feel good about herself to see dozens of additional minorities on the set (and won’t even notice they are just delivering donuts).
The left is all about appearance, not results. If they want results, they’ll demand more training and mentoring for unqualified minorities - McDormand could even volunteer her time to help train staff to be better qualified. But they’d rather see jobs go to less qualified minorities (at someone else’s expense) than put out an effort for real change.
He would use one per day, then have the lot of them shipped to homes for boys so that the older ones could look well groomed for school, looking for jobs etc.
Wouldn’t it be great if the two top gotta have stars have an inclusion rider and an exclusion rider?

McDormand is married to one of the Coen brothers, and if by inclusive one means including a representative number of blacks, Hispanics, Asians and the like as actors, Coen brother movies are about as non-inclusive as they come.
And I suspect that’s because the Coens only care about making damn good movies, and not who someone else thinks their casts should include, whether they fit their vision of the story or not.
Will the inclusion rider be included for historical movies like Dunkirk?
Since 49% voted for Trump, 49% for Clinton, 2% LP or Green, then should all Hollywood crews reflect that diversity?
Should all Silicon Valley crews reflect that diversity?
Should all government bureaucracies reflect that diversity?
Should all subsidy and welfare programs for both the rich and the poor reflect that diversity?
I’m all for diversity in my M&Ms but I don’t want them arranged in a candy bowl in my beige trailer by some nasty shaved head tatted and pierced lesbian or greased up gay dude.
