Haspel was promoted by Brennan during the Obama years. Not a good sign.
If that’s true it’s a very BAD sign. We know what treasonus POS he is.
Haspel is a career employee, not a political appointee.
I think her promotion today was out of expediency, to avoid Senate confirmation of a political appointee, and to avoid using a current member of the Cabinet who may be needed for a future lateral move (to replace Sessions?)
I really don’t trust anyone who has risen through the ranks of that agency. The sooner it is gone the better. Let’s hope she’s the last director and has a short tenure.
