She could have killed all of those kids and gotten less time. What she did was immensely stupid, but is this what they consider justice?

I know this was criminal but 21 years? Why does that seem excessive? I hope she gets out in 10 years with good behavior.

Although if it was my kids I would probably want life...

I think it is the disconnect- people are getting 3 months probation if they belong to a specialize religious group while raping a 3 year old.

I call it justice. I’m not going to condemn this ruling because other people have been under-sentenced in the past.

I agree. Here where I live a man convicted of murder only got 7 1/2 years and it was 1st degree pre-meditated.

I can’t imagine that she won’t get a reduction, maybe a very large reduction on appeal.Melatonin is simply not in a class with Heroin or even field hemp.
