He doesn’t CARE what people think.
We’re paying his pension, his medical, and everything else while he pisses all over us.
He should be in jail, and lose ALL of those benefits.
But he’s not, so... the joke is on us.
You are correct in that we are paying him but I do think you are wrong on him not caring. I believe he sees himself as a righteous avenger. I think he is too insulated and not self aware enough to realize that that much of the country sees him as a butthole, weasel crook.
