Agreed. (About Nixon) - I think he conducted himself well even in the midst of personal failings.

Just wait til Trump extends Putin congratulations.

And sit back and watch the libtard and Never Trumper meltdown.

Proof of collusion!

Beware of excessive optimism.

Latest update with almost 99% of the vote in shows Putin won with 77% and a record 55 million Russians voting for him out of an eligible electorate of 107 million.

The opposition combined had around 15% of the vote - not a vote of confidence in opponents who often feuded with each other more than they took on the President.

A 60 point plus blowout and Putin’s campaign team thought 70% was an attainable goal but they bettered it by around 7 points.

Talk about staying at the top of one’s game.

Putin 76,65%
Commie 11,82%
LibDem 5,68%.

The rest under 2% each.

77% with rounding, Communists won 12% - the lowest ever for a Russian Communist candidate and 6% for The Liberal Democrat. Various liberal candidates received under 2%.

56 million Russians voted for Putin.

This shatters the 2004 all-time election record of 72% and 49 million people for Putin.

So this new landslide has set a new Russian and world record for both increase in popular vote percentage and numbers.

It looks like it will stand the test of time.

Gorbachev is still living, so I doubt about Putin.

Oh, please!

Navalny was convicted by trumped up charges and then a law was passed that prevented him from running. The law made specially for him because he was the only non-fake opposition figures that was actually popular.

That’s Russian election circus for you. Like the drama in WWF wrestling. Everything allowed candidates say is scripted and they hope to get ratings. Navalny wasn’t part of it and he was barred.

Do you believe Navalny was worthy and electable?

It doesn’t matter. What matters here is that the cult led by Putin has taken control of all the TV stations and other media, blasts their idiotic propaganda 24/7 and bars any opposition to them while cultivating clowns for their fake “elections”.

That’s Russia, but they’ve been quite adept in promoting their faggotry and have recruited useful idiots around the world from Paraguay to Sweden and we have to endure the lame nonsense these useful idiots spit out in the internet.

Nice try. We all know who MSMs are shilling for.

You ain’t shaking it off so easily Ivan. I said that Putin controls all the TV networks and quite Russianly your instinctive response was “whaddabut USA they even more” as if Trump were to control the networks.

Get a hold of yourself and find a real job! Sitting in your troll farm pushing Russian lies is no way for a man to live!

You are currently commenting on an article by Russian media which is anti-Putin most of the time. And it is one of many of its kind.

Yup.

Westerners point out the flaws in Russia’s political system while failing to note they’re plagued by the same problems.

We don’t have to like Russia’s leader but the fact remains that we can’t ignore an enormous country with nuclear weapons.

Despite the Russophobia that periodically afflicts the West, relations will eventually return to normal. Until then, both sides are best served living apart.
