Last thing I heard, he’d been mandatorily committed to a mental institution. Who’s the moron Doctor who approved his release?

The so called family friend who trying to wrestle control of the dead Mothers 800,000 estate tried to Baker Act him .
It appears she wanted the money not the kids .
She has a shady past of check fraud and other activity .
The murderer brother accused her of trying to steal the estate .

No reason to vilify this kid .

How can you legally ban him from a public place ?
Is that legal ?

What did he do ?

The “moron” doctor had nothing to do with it. The Baker Act like other mental health holds only allows you to hold someone for 72 hours. After that they have to agree to stay voluntarily our you have to pursue involuntary commitment (which is complicated, expensive and takes a while. So the moron is the laws. It would behoove you to know facts before you go slinging insults.
