It’s easy to speculate where those items were at the time of the explosion, but it doesn’t make it so. Those things should have been photographed in situ, prior to being removed. But since they have no plan to release the phone video in its entirety, we’ll probably never know the truth about where the laptop or cell phone were in the car, or if the laptop was ever actually destroyed.

But since they have no plan to release the phone video in its entirety, well probably never know the truth about where the laptop or cell phone were in the car, or if the laptop was ever actually destroyed.
There is no indication that they weren't photographed. Most of the time, the most logical explanation is the correct one.
