For weeks, the Florida teenagers who became activists after the Parkland school shooting have been subject to harsh treatment by many of those critical of their message for more gun control. First, many of the activists were smeared falsely as crisis actors by conspiracy theorists and hoaxers on the Internet in the immediate wake of the tragedy at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. They continue to be lightning rods for some conservative media and politicians, despite some indications that they enjoy wide support nationally. And now, they are being likened to Nazis.

The only thing I can say to the Parkland kids welcome to the club! In their feelings of absolute moral authority and virtue and wanting to push aside anyone with a difference of opinion they remind me more of Jacobins than Nazis.

The need to demonize people who don’t think lock step is what sounds evil to me.

Little fascists in training.
Love liberals whining how unfair its to expose them for seeking to get rid of the RKBA.
But when they advocated gun control, they became fair game.

Calling everyone “Nazis” is still lazy and ignorant, even if “our side” does it.

In 1768, the British wanted gun control, too.
How'd that work out for them?

The irony of Bob Kraft, owner of the Patriots, flying the teens to DC on his private jet. I guess he would have given the Redcoats coaches to avoid marching to Concord to confiscate munitions.

I don't see anything wrong with comparing bad actions of a group to other groups in history who took bad actions - Nazis took guns from their political enemies. Well, we can all see them trying to do that.
They call conservatives Nazis because they claim conservatives are racist like Nazis were. Well, we can all see that's not true.
True comparisons of history - ok by me. False comparisons will be contested.

Don’t care if the comPost is upset these little girls are being called names. Read some of their words and signs at that failed march in DC.
Talk about name calling.

So it wasnt a big deal when GW Bush was called Nazi? Or Trump? But now it is a big deal?
Typical hypocritical media.

One could just call them fascists.
That raised fist salute by David Hogg makes it clear that he is promoting some sort of murderous totalitarian regime.
I can hope and pray that someday, he matures enough to realize the full depth of the agenda that the forces of evil have duped him into promoting.

Open promotion of socialism. Organized by a political party. Marching to cow politicians. Vowing to upset the social order. Threatening violence. Fomenting hate against "others." Demanding self defense to be given only by permission based on political reliability. Heavily hyped mass rally of youth to show fervor.
Oh, hell... nothing Nazi about that.

Well, he was the one who said it was a revolution, wants to disarm America, wore an armband, and gave a socialist salute. I’m comfortable comparing him to a nazi.

Nazis? Works for me!
Although, personally, I would liken them more to Mao’s Red Guards.
