These five oil companies should respond by closing their California refineries and then refusing to sell any of their products in California.

Then see how long it takes for the public in California to hang the Democrats from telephone poles.

Well about once a decade they get some professionals to say the Bible is fake and it’s all fables so I have no confidence in the narrative being much different here. Climate change is big business, a sieve of money going in to corrupt hands. But who knows, maybe they’re decry it all fake.

The judge asked an interesting question: Isn’t it the drivers who use the gasoline who are producing the CO2, not the oil companies who just supply the gasoline?

I agree. California’s cities have every right to destroy their own economies, by committing energy economic suicide. We should not have to bail them out, however. May they all rest in peace.
