Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz announced Wednesday he will investigate potential Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) abuses by both the Justice Department and the FBI, following requests from Congress and Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
The Office of the Inspector General released a statement Wednesday outlining the initiation of a review.
“The OIG will initiate a review that will examine the Justice Department’s and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s compliance with legal requirements, and with applicable DOJ and FBI policies and procedures, in applications filed with the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) relating to a certain U.S. person,” the statement obtained by Fox News read. “As part of this examination, the OIG also will review information that was known to the DOJ and the FBI at the time the applications were filed from or about an alleged FBI confidential source.”

Exactly. Hopefully though that means he found so much on what he was investigating that it took time to get around to it.
This is all to keep any investigations in house. sessions is rejecting appointing a independent special council. The IG will not find anything of substance and all will be forgotten. The swamp remains.
Same guy who did not find anything criminal about running guns to the Mexican cartels in an effort to undermine the 2A in the USA is going to expose the crimes of the Kenyanesian Usurpation?

I am not sure because I stay confused on all of this nowadays, but I don’t think this is what we want.. THE IG cannot prosecute anyone. He can issue a report.. We already have REPORTS of what took place what we need are prosecutions.

You’ve heard of jury tampering. I’m beginning to suspect IG tampering. There’s some edgy reason why the report that was to be released in early March will now be delayed indefinitely. They’ve only known about this FISC malarkey for at least a year.....
Well what he exposed about McCabe resulted in the recommendation of him being fired. However, like you, I retain a wait and see attitude.
