Yep. There were good solid working class jobs in St. Paul that made for a middle class and launched many accomplished people. All that is gone along with those manufacturing, distribution and brewery jobs. The upwardly mobile replaced by Third Worlders milking fewer and fewer taxpayers.
Aaaaand, according to one former MN government employee, it’s like “the streets in St. Paul were laid out by a drunken Irishman.”
