Well, this December will mark 52 years for us! I guess I was lucky enough to marry a woman who is 10x better than average!

You did, my Dad did too, over 50 years. And I hope and pray my kids can find good ones.
I on the other hand was married for 12 centuries. They were really looong years. And after that I eventually found one that was good as gold for 5 years. Then we were off and on for 2 years while I tried to get us back to where we had been. And when that didn’t last, I’ve gotten a little cynical. I didn’t marry that last one, but I strongly suspect the outcome would have been the same. I would have just been trapped.
Congratulations! I’m sure you had something to do with your successful marriage as well. Wishing you many more years together.
