This has happened before. In 2001 a woman hit a white guy who got stuck in the windshield. She drove home and parked her car in the garage. She came out and checked on the living guy over the next few days until he died. Here's the story from 2002. Her name is Chante Mallard. (Two guesses!)

I clearly remember that story. Payback for slavery I guess, or some such. She SHOULD’VE been given the DEATH penalty for the torture that man endured prior to dying.

I very much remember the 2001 story. I was wondering if this was the same incident, and it took her that long to get to trial? Maybe I should be surprised if any of these idiots get justice.
