I wanted an umbrella policy with USAA, but they refused because we have an Akita. About two years ago, they emailed me saying that Akitas were OK now, but I told them I wouldn’t need any of their services that I didn’t already have, and they could stop contacting me about anything not related to present policies and to cancel my credit card. They actually had the balls to call me twice about that decision.
