We are talking about a million subpoenaed documents being illegally withheld. Theoretically Nunes could hold them in contempt for each one. He could just keep having votes and then drop another charge on Ryan. Day after day. That would force Ryan to hold a vote I would think.

Sessions is part of the Trump Prosecution and is enthusiastic about pursuing Trump. Ryan needs a figleaf, he’s a pretender.
