[ Based on the available evidence, it is highly likely the 34+ victims killed in the attack on the apartment building near al-Shuhada Square were killed as a result of a gas cylinder filled with what is most likely chlorine gas being dropped from a Hip helicopter originating from Dumayr Airbase. ]
It could also be someone in the Syrian military who is sympathetic to the rebels cause who wanted to gin up sympathy for the nearly defeated rebels too...
Chlorine Gas can be easily made too, it could be a scavenged cylinder from an attack on a rebel stronghold too...

Syria is in a CIVIL WAR.... The North burnt a path across the south no doubt killing many more women and children than died in Syria. And it was seen as a GOOD MOVE FOR THE GOOD GUYS!
Assad has been fighting ISIS, I don’t care if he is a bastard, the last ~20 years has proven beyond a reasonable doubt that “soft kind gentle government” don’t work that well with the backwards ass wretches living in the middle east.
Let Assad clean up his country, after he finishes off the rebels and order is restored maybe we sanction him or something.
