another highly misleading, propaganda style headline..
Californication is not FORCED to appeal

any appeal CA files is entirely the free will (and highly anti-American) decision of the “responsible” (sic) public officials there

and a total embarrassment to the good citizens of CA who do not want their tax money used trying to keep USA and CA defenseless against more and more dangerous Muslim terrorists and other illegal invaders coming in

Best place for a wall to protect both the environment and the good people of California would be around the govt. buildings found in Sacramento. Build a moat too and fill it with very hungry creatures. No draw bridge.

Well it is not really an appeal when you know the outcome is it? They have their own court (Ninth) which they use regularly to overturn the will of the people and racist Presidents.

“spell check” does not change anything, it highlights words not recognized.
“auto correct” attempts to guess at the correct spelling.
Either or both of these features can be turned off if you don’t like them.

We are committed to protecting our people, our values, and our economy from federal overreach, he added.

They sold out Californian's U. S. citizens, their values, and their economy decades ago.

Love it, good use of solar technology.

When wall isn’t sending 500,000 volts through illegals, it can light up a 200’ high picture facing Mexico of President Donald Trump sitting at the boardroom table with the quote “You’re Fried”.

I’ve just got to ask.

Does California Attorney General Xavier Becerra live in a gated community?

Cannot find out where he lives. I also wonder if he is a birthright citizen since he was born in Sacramento to "Mexican immigrants"

How about this Fox News analysis....

"The recent announcement by California Attorney General Xavier Becerra that he will prosecute any California employer that cooperates with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (“ICE”) in the enforcement of federal immigration law deserves a swift and hard-hitting response by federal law enforcement officials. U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions should throw the proverbial book at Becerra by having him arrested and charged, at a minimum, with conspiracy and obstruction of justice.

When then-Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio stood up to the Obama Administration’s lax immigration enforcement policy, the United States Department of Justice under Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s stewardship showed no hesitancy in prosecuting him for criminal contempt charges. Arpaio was subsequently convicted and but for President Trump’s pardon, he might well be in jail today."

As a long time resident of AZ Maricopa County I was outraged by the Obama Admin trumping up some charge against a duly elected Sheriff who has performed the job we hired him to do without any racism.

Xavier Becerra appears to be a COMMUNIST SYMPATHIZER. From http://keywiki.org/Xavier_Becerra...

Fred Ross award campaign

In early 2013, mainly Democratic Socialists of America aligned activists, together with many elected officials across the United States came together to urge President Barack Obama to award posthumously the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the legendary organizer, Fred Ross, Sr.. The Saul Alinsky trained radical was the first to organize people through house meetings, a mentor to both Cesar Chavez and DSAer Dolores Huerta, and a pioneer in Latino voter outreach since 1949 when he helped elect Communist Party USA affiliate Ed Roybal as Los Angeles’s first Latino council member, "Ross’ influence on social change movements remains strong two decades after his death in 1992".
Congressional endorsers of the proposal included Xavier Becerra.[5]

Martinez Jobs Bill
In 1994, the Communist Party USA backed Martinez Jobs Bill (HR-4708), was co-sponsored by Democratic Party California Reps Howard Berman, Xavier Becerra, Lucille Roybal-Allard, Robert Scott (Va), Tom Foglietta (Pa), Bennie Thompson (Miss), John Lewis (Ga) and Ed Pastor (Az). Maxine Waters of California was a principal co-sponsor. [7]

Supported communist "peace" activists

In October 2002, the Communist Party USA infiltrated Chicano Coalition for Peace and Social Justice gained the support of several members of Congress;[8]

Friends of the Chicano Coalition for Peace and Social Justice:

I have good news that members of Congress: Grace Napolitano, Lucille Roybal-Allard, Loretta Sanchez, Helda Solis, Xavier Becerra and our California State Senator Richard Polanco have joined us in opposition and support of our open letter/petition. A "No" vote to the war with Iraq.

From a statement by Latinos for Peace, an anti Iraq War front for the Communist Party USA: [9]

Washington DC Sept 24 Rally and Sept 26 Lobby Day

On Monday September 26 we participated in the peace movement lobby day at the capitol. We met with Rep Raul Grijalva who said he would work to help build our campaign. We spoke to the staff of Rep Luis Gutierrez and Rep. Xavier Becerra who were supportive of our efforts. We also spoke to the staff of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the district staff of Rep Grace Napolitano the current caucus chair.
