ROSENSTEIN CAVES: DOJ Finally Surrenders DOCS to House Russia Probe

Facing threats of impeachment and further legal action, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein handed over key material to the House Intelligence Committee Wednesday regarding FBI documents surrounding the Russia investigation.

Rep. Nunes confirmed that his Committee had finally received the information after months of heated exchanges between the House and the Department of Justice; adding he’d like to “thank Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for his cooperation.”

“Although the subpoenas issued by this Committee in August 2017 remain in effect, I’d like to thank Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein for his cooperation today,” said Nunes.

“With this production, in conjunction with the 1,000 pages of classified materials—much of which is now being provided to entire [House Intelligence] committee membership—we believe we have substantially satisfied Chairman Nunes August subpoena in an appropriate fashion,” said one DOJ official. “The Department will be pleased to continue to work with the Committee on other, related requests for information.”

What about the 1 million plus docs Rosenstein is keeping from the Goodlatte Committee?

The docs are all Hillary email investigation docs. There was no Hillary email GJ. Even Horowitz has told Goodlatte that there is no reason why the Goodlatte Committee shouldn't get all of the documents unredacted immediately.

Yet Rosenstein still what give them up.

Exactly....

.....and, how about we find out just who all of the payouts went to and for WHOM, from the Congressional Sex Slush fund.

Why hasn’t that list been made public, yet?

Before that....he (Rosenstein) also convinced Sessions he needed to recuse himself (on March 2), from any anything having to do with Trump campaign/Russian collusion, etc.

1000 pages? Out of 1 million? Hardly “satisfying”.

Yup, that's the scoreboard.

I think there are two different subpoenas here. Nunes’ subpoena is much more focused than the one in the Judicial Watch case.

..........you left out a couple key points. He needs to awoken by his front door being kicked in at 4 am in the morning and then thrown on the floor and handcuffed at gunpoint and then watch his wife thrown on the floor in her jammies and handcuffed and then watch the FBI agents go through everything and steal all his computers and hard files all while he and his wife are laying on the floor in handcuffs for hours and hours.

Hope this means the IG report is about to be released. The stall may have been to give time for it (IG report) to be released. If rumors we have been hearing are correct the IG report means arrests must occur soon.

“New standards need to be in place”

I would think that older, more
conservative standards should be
brought back.
The reason to ignore Congresses
request until the last hour is
blatantly obvious. I’ll never
believe any of these Congress
miscreants until I see the majority of them in handcuffs.

How many docs DIDN’T Rosenstein turn over? We’ll never know, and neither will Nunes.

Therein lies two problems. 1, Rosenstein is immersed in the swamp. 2, Sessions thinks that’s a good thing.

It’s in the air. Today I won a fight with USAA savings bank in San Antonio. This has been ongoing for 5-6 months. Today they admitted their error. The checks will be in the mail soonly. I am to be made whole.

Do ya’ll know the two most common lies a man tells a woman? The check’s the mail and I won’t cum in your mouth.
