In Barney Frank's old district is the city of Newton. (Yes, that [Fig] Newton. They installed devices to raise revenue off of parked cars. Some ordinance about consecutive meter feeding parking, so even if you feed the meter, you can still get fined for not moving to another space.
A very welcoming community. God help the poor employees of local shops. And the shop owners.

The democRATS who run the city near me took them all down. First they weren;t making any money, and were in fact a safety hazard and causing accidents when somebody jams on the brakes not to get caught “running the light”
