They will send you a bill in the mail with a picture of your license plate. How you pay? They don't care, because if you don't pay, expect a large fine and late fee, and if it continues, they flag whoever the the car is registered to, and when they go to renew their license, it comes up in the computer. And you can't renew your license until that 2 dollar toll (which is now three hundred dollars) is paid.
