I don’t share her view.
I also don’t hire illegal aliens like she does.
They’ve already leaked. And if the judge didn’t issue a gag order, she’s basically saying, “Hey, boyz, go ahead and leak.”
I don’t have faith in any prosecutor.
The relative impeachability of the SD prosecutors is not a legal consideration. The appearance of fairness is similarly not a legal consideration. The judge’s impeachability, however, is very much a consideration.
