The CBO can’t (or won’t) handle Supply Side Economics, with true dynamic scoring. How can that be changed? No excuse for it.

Thank you for referencing that article Kaslin. As usual, please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

Forget the CBO!

The states need to wake up and repeal the ill-conceived 17th Amendment. They need to repeal that amendment so that state sovereignty-respecting senators can kill unconstitutional House appropriations bills, bills that Congress cannot reasonably justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, such bills stealing state revenues and ultimately citizens' wallets.

The CBO needs to be required to publicly report any federal spending that is either questionably justifiable under Congress’s Section 8-limited powers, or not reasonably justifiable under those powers.

The 16th Amendment needs to disappear too.
