Seems to me this whole thing is intended to keep everyone occupied with a ridiculous salacious story that addresses zero of the problems facing us, meanwhile Uranium One and all the tendrils of real criminal activity get forgotten. I think is shows that she is making it up. Unless there was an actual person to describe she would have to make up features. Inevitably her subconscious would chose features of someone who she actually knew.
