DOJ Sending Comey Memos to Congress Today
GATEWAY PUNDIT ^ | 4/19/2018 | Christina Laila

Faced with the threat of subpoena, the Justice Department is expected to send Comey’s unredacted memos to Congress later Thursday.

The deadline passed several days ago prompting Rep DeSantis to call for contempt charges against Rosenstein.

The Daily Beast confirmed the Justice Department is finally complying with the oversight committee’s request and will be sending Comey’s memos to Congress today or tomorrow.

Comey penned 7 memos stemming from 9 conversations with President Trump.

The fired FBI Director admitted to leaking contents of the memos to the New York Times through a friend in order to prompt a special counsel investigation into Trump.

CNN’s Jake Tapper also reported the Comey memos would be available to Congress later today.

I’d like to see the memo’s on Comey, that were penned by his direct reports and his coworkers.

There were seven memos. Four of them were marked classified at the ‘SECRET’ or ‘CONFIDENTIAL’ levels. Comey gave his friend Professor Richman four of the seven memos, which means that at least one of those memos he gave Richman was classified.

It just pisses me off to think that Trump’s DOJ, headed up by Sleepy Jeff Sessions is obstructing justice.

It is NOT the place of Congress to do this investigation; rather the Justice Department.

But we see very little difference between the DOJ now and when Obammie was in office.

Very little difference.

DOJ Sending Comey Memos to Congress Today AND Rosenstein telling Trump that he's not the target of any investigations......

Coincidence?

I think not.

Rosenstein knows that the jig is up, therefore, coming clean was his only option.

Allowing Mueller to waste so much time and money on a phony investigation is a crime in itself, therefore, Rosenstein should be fired too.

"How do we know that these memos are accurate descriptions of what went on in the meetings. Comey seems like the type who would write down what he wished had happened, not necessarily what actually happened"

Very true.

What would that be?

“Southern District of New York seems to have some kind of hold over NYPD. Whatever is on that laptop may have been “mistakenly” hit with a hammer”

Suspect it may have a hold over the higher-ups but the rank and file are getting fed up with being thrown under the bus. Hope one of them got a copy of the info on that laptop before it was taken!

Yeah, it looks like they were very selective in who they produced memos on. In Comey’s case, the memos/notes he made on Trump weren’t written until after the meetings/conversations were over. So who knows what embellishments Comey added to them? It looks like he was fast and loose with the contents of his book, so it only stands to reason that he’d be fast and lose with any memos he prepared on Trump. This is the guy who signed 3 FISA Warrant Applications, knowing full well that the dossier that was being used as evidence to gain those warrants was fake and that Hillary’s campaign had paid for it. The guy has zero credibility.

They might want to put a black light to those memos, and look for Comey's semen stains on them.
