These memos were used by Rosenstein to appoint a special counsel. What an absolute farce. There is no basis for such an action. No wonder Rosenstein has balked about releasing them. No Russian collusion and no obstruction of justice.

And it is worth remembering that these are written by Comey to make him look good and set up the President. The first meeting was really Comey acting like the mob boss who uses a veiled threat to let the mark know that if he didn't play ball, he had ways to hurt him. Nice family, hate to see anything happen to them.

Do we even know if Rosenstein even saw them before he appointed the special counsel? Mueller's had these memos from the beginning. Comey met with him before he testified to Congress, and I read he turned them over to Mueller. So if Mueller has had these, he's known all along that there wasn't any obstruction or collusion.
