I said it in another thread. If Trump reunites the Koreas, or ends the war (and they are technically still at war since 1953) and negotiates a peace treaty, it would be one of the greatest non-military foreign policy victories in U.S. history.

...And as a goodwill gesture to PDJT, the North Korean's have made available to US law enforcement a large network of full function but now empty holding camps and jails.

Much easier than refurbishing GITMO.

That should easily accommodate the 25,000 sealed indictments.
