The gubbamint is too corrupt, too intrusive, too expensive, too encompassing, too controlling....we will never be able to shrink this behemoth back to a manageable level. This WAS our gubbamint, we've lost it.
Your opinion is shared by many. A small and lean government would leave the corruption with no where to hide and it could be exposed easily. The swamp will never allow it.
