Oh, there is precedence, the Civil War. One country two cultures trying to live together, our obligation is to see that it does not turn to blows.
Allow each state to vote which way to go and give those unhappy with their state’s vote ten years to relocate. Of course this is too simple for a very complicated situation.
I have noticed that people are already self segregating. Just recently a California company closed up shop and moved to Texas. I think we shall see lot more of that in the future.
The votes will be very close in most states and could change from year to year. Not as simple as you might think but thanks for your thoughts. We need to discuss this more and with a certain degree of civility.
“Just recently a California company closed up shop and moved to Texas. I think we shall see lot more of that in the future.”
I am seeing the same thing here in Colorado. Entrepreneurs starting new companies are looking to move Southeast. Denver has everything to offer a new company except that it also has far too many liberals that destroy young companies. I’m within a few months of launching a new company and I am desperately looking for ways to move it to the Thomasville, GA area, maybe Moultrie.
“our obligation is to see that it does not turn to blows.”
No, our obligation is to see that Evil does not win. To shrink from blows is inexcusable cowardice.
Allow each county to vote which way they want to go. Redraw the states accordingly.
Too much of that going on the past few years. Austin is chock full of California transplants. The problem is that most of them appear to be whacked out libs.
