He won't get the full time, but he will get some. I don't know if they'll let him out while he appeals, so my guess is that it's very likely he will go to prison. A sexual assault conviction could exclude him from minimum security, so he might be looking at some tough time, even if only for two or three years.

Oh BS - he was acquitted of this crime 3 times - they kept retrying the case again and again until they got the verdict they wanted.

Evidently men interacting with women in any way the woman is not happy with at any time in her life can result in such a witch hunt. This is precisely what they are trying to do to President Trump—Cosbyize him.
It is out of control on college campuses where willingly drunk women wake up the next day and decide they were "raped", because opening her eyes with a hangover in some pimple-faced kid's flop isn't her sober idea of a fairytale "romance".

My reaction to the first accusation was disbelief. But what has emerged is a pattern of abuse - and a pretty consistent pattern. Didn’t listen to any of the trial and don’t know if the jury was right or wrong. But IF guilty, then he deserves punishment.
I admit to feeling sad. I always suspected he was one of those people who seem nice but who I probably would dislike if I met them. But I liked his comedy. May still have a record of his in the garage. I’ll never be able to listen to one of his routines again.
