Assuming the dossier was a hoax and pretext for an investigation (I believe is was), all the conspirators should be sued for costs incurred in the investigation and to cover all the legal fees incurred by anyone forced to defend them selves. The damages could exceed $100 million. Certain media outlets should be sued along with the obvious conspirators.
Suing the conspirators is a great idea.
The money has been paid (mostly to lawyer friends) and that should be traced and recovered as well.
