I also support the right of sovereign nations to protect their sovereignty and choose their allies. I'm also disgusted and embarrassed that the US has been and might still be involved in promoting and enabling regime change in other countries.
You have a right to your views, and I respect them. But please extend the same courtesy to those who aren't supportive of a lot of what Israel does.

Who is this “they” you are posting about? In other words, you are not using correct context when referring to this passage. You need to do more studying before you try to educate others.
Except you're equating modern Israel with Jew, I'm not sure that holds… especially given what Jesus said in (a) John 8:39-47, and (b) Revelation 3:9.

Preemptive strikes/war can lead to very bad things. Our Republic has been at war for a very long time.

But in any case, you've just made your attempted correction even worse: if Jesus is this strict with those hearing and accepting his message then what of an Israel that rejects Him?
