If we had an opposition party in 2012, they could have sued to stop this before it got started like the states sued to stop DAPA, the second illegal amnesty for illegal aliens that the illegal President tried to implement.
The GOP Congress did not sue because they wanted amnesty too.

Texas should also ban in-state tuition for illegals. Take that, Rick.

From the article: Josh Blackman, a professor at the South Texas College of Law, suggested the administration may decide not to defend DACA at all.

This could be an interesting case. A few years back Proposition 8 in California banned gay marriage and it was challenged in court with the lower court finding it unconstitutional. Although it was the state that lost, they refused to appeal. When the organization that initiated the Proposition tried to carry forth the appeal, they were denied on the grounds that they had no standing as the state was the loosing party and appeal was their decision alone. While it was a state case, the federal courts refused to overturn it.

It would be fun to watch the liberals ploy used against them in this case.

They should not be suing Trump, they should be suing the judges who ruled against Trump ending DACA.

Most FR comments have clearly stated that Obama did do an EO when he created DACA.

STRANGE, ISNT IT? The Congressional Hispanic Caucus (C/H/C) is so quiet about the swarm at the border-—after all, these are “their people.” Is the C/H/C facilitating the Central American exodus-—whole Central Americans towns emptying out to board the US gravy train?
IS THE CONGRESSIONAL HISPANIC CAUCUS IN COLLUSION W/ FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS-—ARE THEY AGENTS OF FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS? Is the C/H/C facilitating law-breaking at the border? The Congressional Hispanic Caucus, should be the subject of exhaustive investigations, to uncover illegal activities ....... and conspiracies w/ foreign governments.

Taxpayers demand govt fraud be prosecuted, pronto.

SAMPLE LETTER TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
Taxpayers are urged to act now.
FBI TIPS PAGE https://tips.fbi.gov
EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov

SUBJECT: Collusion, conspiracy, and bribery
IN RE: abuse of public office, extortion, financial irregularities
REFERENCE: govt fraud, falsified documents, wire transfers, accounting fraud, terrorism, financing armed insurgents, etc.

NARRATIVE Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of multiple conspiracies to collude in sub rosa deals to extort tax dollars to finance illegal activities.

OF INTEREST TO LAW ENFORCEMENT The FBI should interrogate C/H/C individuals for evidence of multiple schemes to falsify official documents to facilitate financial schemes w/ foreign governments. The FBI should investigate all official documents submitted by the C/H/C, as well as possible co-conspirators: La Raza, ethno-centric “latino rights” groups, foreign government lobbying groups, and so on.

Crimes might include-—conspiracy, collusion, falsifying official documents (a felony), money laundering, tax evasion, extorting taxpayers, theft of govt monies, misuse of public office, using government positions to defraud, financing the overthrow of the US govt, facilitating the SW takeover, etc.

Examine the tax returns (if any) of C/H/C members and its personnel with a fine-tooth comb.....especially entries for “interest income.”

WIKI-—National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials
Founded 1976—Los Angeles, California
Website naleo.org

The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) is the leadership organization of the nation’s more than 6,000 Latino elected and appointed Latino public officials in the United States.[1]

History
Founded in 1976 by U.S. Representative Edward R. Roybal, Harry Pachon, Robert Garcia, and others recognizing the need for a national network of Latino office-holders aimed at bringing together Hispanic and Latino Americans of all national origin groups, political affiliations, and levels of government. On September 29, 1976, the “National Association of Latino Democratic Officials” was incorporated. The group adopted its current name on May 11, 1978, to reflect the nonpartisan nature of the organization.

Congressman Edward R. Roybal served as NALEO president from 1976 to 1991, when the board of directors named him president emeritus.

NALEO develops and implements programs promoting the integration of Latino immigrants into American society, developing future leaders among Latino youth, providing assistance and training to Latino elected and appointed officials and by conducting research on issues important to the Latino population.

They should have a written and psych test for every new resident who moves to TX, the same way we filter the leftards from joining our company..

Up and down our staff, no one here is a Bernie or Hitlery supporter. We have a token fag in case we get sued by outside “forces”..

You stated “Hope people moving from California don’t mess it up!”

They are already here and have established their “beachhead” in Austin. Austin is now the Texas capital of queers and perverts from California. On top of that it is now a liberal Mecca. THE ROT FROM THE HEAD HAS NOW BEGUN.

Yes and DAPA was decided 4-4 that affirmed the 5th’s ruling. Unfortunately, Trump is trying to tweak DACA which is the crux of the matter. You can’t have “your cake and eat it too” concerning “pathways”.

Trump admin tried to explain that DACA was unconstitutional, but at the same time, “grandfathered” case-by-case situations as presented by the memo. Part of Bates’ ruling was that the DOJ and DHS were cherry picking and getting ahead of themselves concerning DACA being unconstitutional while extending protections to individuals already deemed as “Dreamers”.

Either every DACA recipient/Dreamer is illegal and exposed to deportation or not. Which is it?

There have been 18 impeachments of fedjudges, 11 convictions and 4 resignations. In 228 years and tens of thousands of judges appointed this pitiful number shows that no job is more secure than a federal judge.
