How do they prove the spoken instructions? A lot of witnesses to the conversation? Tape recording?

The Judge already said that Mueller's team lied.

Mueller has lied about Iraq WMDs, Mueller fingered the wrong guy for the anthrax attacks.

Mueller and Weissmann are connected in two of the biggest corruption investigations in FBI history. The the Colombo case in the 1990s and the 1980s in Boston Whitey Bulger.

Is the Judge just supposed to believe what either either Mueller and Weissmann say? Their track record is very bad........
