According to this writer (the article not me) and most if those charges in VA case were dismissed another court in VA would just indict him again.
It proves it all is a witch hunt,Mueller was appointed in 2017,the scam was being hatched in 2016 when Trumps phones were being tapped,Carter Page was classified as a title 1 investigation allowing everyone he had contact with to be investigated,in addition there was no oversight by Congress or the IG.
By law the Congress should have been notified of the counterintelligence investigation,it wasn’t according to Comets testimony before Congress because he was told not too and Sally Yates wrote IG Horrowitz and he had no right to oversight.
