I haven't seen any reports that he was directly involved with the dossier before the election. His involvement starts after the election when his aid Kramer went to meet Steele in England for a briefing.
Agreed, but why McCain? If the dossier is paid for by the DNC and Hillary, why pass it to a RINO? Wouldn’t it be easier to pass it to a sycophant Dem? The end result would be the same, get it to Comey. So why McCain?
