Guys, come on.. I am no fan of McCain, but this personal bashing of him pointlessly has to stop. Free Republic is better than this.... or at least it used to be.
The facts about the man (as relayed by those who served with him) are the facts. Sometimes facts reveal a traitor.
As for what Free Republic used to be, well....Sinkspur.
At times Freerepublic has been a Bush League Republican cheering section, excusing the refusal to secure the borders and enforce the laws.
McCain has been a traitor to the citizens as Senator.
